I turn early-stage brands into brands people remember through positioning, storytelling, content, influencer partnerships, paid media and ecommerce growth.

Countdown Method

Led brand and growth for a physician-founded performance nutrition brand from pre-launch. Built the positioning, rebuilt the website, launched paid media across Meta and Google, and drove the first online sale within two months. Owned product marketing, creative direction, content, the ambassador program, and Amazon setup end to end.

KernelDAO

Grew Kernel’s Twitter from the ground up to over 70,000 followers. Led content strategy, built recurring content series, managed influencer partnerships, coordinated with PR agencies and executed campaigns around TGE. Launch day was hectic, but seeing Kernel trend made it all worth it.

Four more, from zero.

Boosted Limoverse impressions by 50% in 20 days with zero ad spend. Grew Mandala’s Twitter to 30K followers and bumped Instagram engagement by 8% in two weeks. Ran GTM for DappLooker’s AI agent launch. Each one a different puzzle, same approach: figure out what makes people care, then do that.

03 / Philosophy How I think about this
Karan Handa working on a laptop
Fig. 01 probably rewriting a product page.

I’ve never liked being put in one marketing box. Some days I’m refining a brand’s positioning. Other days I’m building creator partnerships, launching paid campaigns, analysing funnels or rewriting a product page because that’s where the biggest opportunity is. I enjoy figuring out what the business needs most and focusing my energy there.

04 / Capabilities What I actually do

Growth

Take accounts from zero to “wait, how did they get that many followers?” Figure out the right mix of organic, paid, and influencer to make it stick.

Content

Threads, campaigns, content IPs that people actually follow for. If nobody screenshots it, it didn’t work.

Influencer & PR

Finding the right voices, not the loudest ones. Onboarding, managing, and making sure every partnership actually moves numbers.

Branding

Positioning, identity, guidelines — the stuff that makes everything else feel like it comes from the same brain. Not just a logo and a color palette.

Strategy

GTM plans, campaign architecture, distribution playbooks. The unsexy stuff that makes the sexy stuff possible.

Lifecycle Marketing

Email, retention, and the flows that turn one-time buyers into repeat customers. The quiet revenue engine most brands ignore.

Building
something interesting?

If you’re building something that actually ships and need someone who’s done this before, I’m already interested.
